About your purchase
Your full Mirror Report is a $19 USD one-time purchase sold by Christina Stuller, operating as Tranquil Balance Life Coaching. Each report is written personally for you from your individual answers, so it cannot be reused, resold or un-written. For this reason, purchases are final and we do not offer refunds for a change of mind. We encourage you to read your free result and the full description of the report before purchasing.
If something goes wrong
We stand behind the delivery of your report, not your opinion of its content. If you were charged twice, charged an incorrect amount, charged without your authorization, or your report cannot be generated or delivered after payment, contact us and we will make it right — including fixing the problem or issuing a refund, as appropriate.
How to reach us
Email the address you used at checkout and your receipt, if available, to info@healingmyfeelings.com. Do not send passwords or full card numbers.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank and payment method.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy restricts rights required by applicable law. If you believe an issue falls outside what is described above, contact us anyway and we will review it in good faith.
